An in depth search on SANDRA CARRADINE and
her antics have revealed public court records involving evidence of Grand Theft
under the California
Without any of the victims help who have
suffered damages, It is unlikely that the proper authorities will further any
long overdue indictment on this barricuda.
- Property
stolen was worth more than $950.
- The
property was taken directly off of the property owner, no matter how much
the property is worth (i.e. taken from the clothing of, on the body of, or
in a container held or carried by a person, as in a mugging);
- The
property was of a certain type, including:
- Automobile
or firearm.
It is obvious by the enclosed public
records that Sandra Carradine is far over the one million dollars mark.
TAKE A LOOK
AT SECTION 6 (Liens) AND HOW MANY PEOPLE SHE HAS SWINDLED. Even the city’s utility company forcibly
executed a lien for neglect of paying simple utilities.
This does not even include the 500,000.00
she sand-bagged from ROBIN GIBSON - Mel Gibson’s ex-wife, the 10,000.00 from a
local Hollywood screenwriter or the number of
un-named individuals who have not even come forward or have proof within a
written document of a loan to her.
If you have been fleeced by Sandra Carradine, you need to
step up and at least share your experience and make it public.
Federal authorities have been notified
along with the IRS concerning this woman’s behavior. Her tenacious impulses to purloin elderly
women, Hollywood jet-setters and common folks
with fresh inheritances are finally coming to a head – like a big zit waiting
to be popped.
While I promised to divorce and remove myself from Sandra Carradine's TOXIC existence the day I ended my friendship with her, as so many others have, i feel a responsibility to let everyone and anyone know what she did to me.
ReplyDeleteI paid her rent not once, but twice. Desperate one day, she begged me for an additional $5,800.00, bringing the total to $9,300.00. She offered me $700.00 interest and promised to pay me back $10,000.00 in one month. She said Quintin Tarantino was renting her Telluride house for $15,000.00 a month. Needless to say, I never received a single payment and guess what? Tarantino never rented the place nor did his people know anything about it.
The day I ended our friendship, this VILE, VINDICTIVE woman called my best friend and tried to turn him against me. He told her it wasn't going to work and that he was going to stand up for me in court. She then threatened him, saying "Do you know easy it would be for me to destroy your credibility?" Funny, this coming from a two time convicted FELON/PERJUROR! Then, she had the gall to ask him if he "actually see me put the money in her hand??" Just another of her premeditated antics as she NEVER HAD ANY INTENTION OF PAYING ME BACK. This is the root of her psychosis.
This didn't stop her from haunting me on a daily basis to try and get her grown children representation in Hollywood. Or, ask this same friend of mine to help move furniture for her, wire the upstairs of her apartment, shop on-line to find TV remotes that she'd lost, move her daughter's mattress for her, etc, etc, etc...
Then, the real kicker. She sent me a letter, threatening to sue me if I told anyone what she'd done to me. SHE OWES ME MONEY!!! She also, get this, sent a copy of it to my 80 year old mother, trying to put the fear of God in her.
About a week later, she all but bumped into me in the store and I asked her "Where's my money?" She snapped, "Didn't you get my letter?!" Amused, I then revealed I'd heard she asked my friend about whether he'd actually seen me put the money in her hand. She pulled out her phone and said she was calling 911.
Well, guess what? I got another letter, riddled with LIES, saying I CHASED HER AROUND THE STORE and that a concerned woman offered to testify against me in court and that she was getting a restraining order out on me.

All this time I beat myself up, thinking I was the only fool. Then I stumbled on this and realized that I was small change compared to what she'd taken other people for.
My heart goes out to all of them.
It's true what someone wrote. She has absolutely no conscience and is a pathological liar.
GET A JOB, SANDRA, AND PAY YOUR DEBTS. IT'S ONLY BEEN 35 YEARS SINCE YOU'VE HAD ONE.

ReplyDeleteYOU TOOK THEIR $5,000.00 TO RENT YOUR TELLURIDE HOME BACK IN JANUARY. THEY WERE HAVING THEIR DAUGHTER'S WEDDING THERE LAST MONTH. TWO DAYS BEFORE ARRIVING, THEY WERE TOLD BY THE BANK TRUSTEE THAT THE HOUSE WASN'T YOURS TO RENT. AT THE LAST MINUTE, THEY WERE FORCED TO FIND ACCOMMODATIONS FOR THEIR ENTIRE FAMILY, NOT TO MENTION ANOTHER PLACE TO HOST THE CEREMONY.
REMEMBER WHEN THEY CALLED YOU AND YOU WERE SUPPOSEDLY DRIVING THROUGH THE COLORADO PASS AND SAID YOUR PHONE WAS DYING AND HUNG UP ON THEM?
GUESS YOU NEVER CHARGED IT AS YOU NEVER GOT BACK TO THEM. YOU ALSO NEVER RESPONDED TO ANY EMAILS AND HAVE NOW REFUSED TO PAY THEM BACK.
I GUESS IT WASN'T ENOUGH THAT YOU ALMOST RUINED THEIR DAUGHTER'S WEDDING DAY.

To anyone reading this -- please note that the creditors listed on Sandra's bankruptcy are far from all of the people who have been conned by her. There are dozens more. Many simply wrote off their losses and opted not to pursue her because they just wanted her out of their lives. Most likely others were embarrassed to have been conned so didn't pursue her and then others simply didn't know how to go about trying to recoup their money. In order to pursue Sandra in Colorado, people swindled in other states had to hire a Colorado attorney to attach their claim to her Telluride property. That means spending additional time and money to have that done. Many decided it simply wasn't worth the chance of spending even more money and possibly (and now obviously) still not be able to recoup the money they loaned.
ReplyDeleteWhen Sandra borrows money -- even if she signs a contract -- she has no intention of repaying the debt. And now that she's lost all three parcels of real estate and claimed bankruptcy, the only way creditors will be able to recoup their money is if she takes a job (Ha -- Sandra actually work? That'll never happen!) and the creditors can attach a lien to her earnings.
I think of the poor woman who loaned her nearly one million dollars. She must lay awake nearly every night asking herself how Sandra was able to con her. And from what I understand, that woman had been a friend of Sandra's for almost 20 years. Can you imagine being conned for that amount of money by someone you thought was a long-time friend? Sandra has no boundaries. Everyone she meets is a potential mark.
Reading the amount of debt that Sandra accumulated to sustain her and her ADULT children's lavish lifestyles makes me physically sick.
Sandra was my neighbor in Rincon (Carpinteria) and was universally disliked by everyone in the enclave. There aren't enough strong adjectives to describe her vile behavior. A sigh of relief went out from the neighborhood when we knew she was finally out of our lives. One of the best examples to show how low she will go is that she lost her home to the bank and was escorted out and then broke back into the house and squatted there forcing the bank to go through months of legal proceedings to get her out. That took months and that allowed Sandra to pull out everything of value - sinks, light fixtures, fireplaces and anything else she could sell. She had done so much illegal construction on the house that everyone was surprised that the bank was able to find a buyer for the property. Her two children, Cade and Sorel, attended the private Cate School in Carpinteria. They were known for their entitled behavior and it's now evident that their private school education was paid for by the hardworking people that their mother conned. I hope that karma has finally knocked on Sandra's door and that she will soon be held responsible for all of the evil she has done.
ReplyDeleteSandra Carradine. I knew her as far back as the 70's and broke off contact with her about 7 years ago. What is being stated in the other postings was her behavior and reputation even back then. She has no friends. Not even one. Has ANYONE posted a rebuttal to all of these negative postings? No. The reason for that is because there's no one who has anything good to say about her. She has never held a job to support herself. It's true that she did some minor modeling work years ago but she was not overly successful at that and her acting career was non-existent. She married Keith and planned to have him support her lavish aspirations but he very quickly saw that he had made a terrible mistake. She was and is a terrible mother and her children are not nice people either. Spoiled, self-important, lazy and without talent. Her son Cade is very much like his mother and they have a very strange relationship. Sandra and the two children make the hair on the nape of my neck stand up. That's the best way I can describe it. I really could write pages and pages about the evil ways of Sandra. What I have trouble understanding is how she has not been arrested as it certainly sounds like she has broken some laws. Can anyone comment on this? This blog was sent to me by another friend who knew Sandra for almost 35 years. She's is actually scared of her as she feels that Sandra would do anything to get what she wants. She has told me stories of situations she experienced with Sandra and they are definitely indicative of someone who is mentally ill.
