In my worldly travels, I have met some pretty despicable people in my life. Until recently, none have resonated so accurately with similar historically deranged characters such as Andrea Yates, Lizzie Bordan or even Genghis Khan. True filth.
Once linked to veteran actor Keith Carradine, this white trash entitled slob has retained a lifestyle to which she can no longer maintain in the West Hollywood area of California. Although she is the owner of a multi million dollar house in Telluride Colorado, she continues to borrow, swindle and extort common citizens who align her crosshairs.
City hall reflects a litany of litigious activity (public domain) from this woman who claims to still be an important asset to the entertainment industry. Sandra Will Carradine claims to have been lifelong friends with Model Christie Brinkley, actor Mel Gibson as well as Dan Aykroyd and wife Donna Dixon.
Blind denial leaves this ousted member of the human race seemingly unaware that her old pals within various circles will have nothing short of being seen with her in the same room or even mentioned in the same sentence as her.
In February 08 of 2010, Sandra Carradine pleaded guilty to perjury charges after trying to cover up incarcerated former Hollywood private detective ANTHONY PELLICANO's wiretapping methods and was sentenced to 400 hours of community service, two years of probation and a ten-thousand dollar fine.
She confessed to paying Pellicano to investigate her ex-husband during a child custody dispute in 2001, and lying under oath to a federal grand jury in 2004 to conceal Pellicano's wiretapping of her ex's phone calls.

Tenants had just about the same experiences as did other befriended swindled constituents. Eventually losing this building and a similar one in Santa Barbara for defaulting on the loan payments, Carradine continues to pilfer unsuspecting Hollywood investors in exchange for stock in a variety of fictitious umbrella companies and non-existent movie deals.
There doesn't seem to be an end game for this woman in regards to desperately hanging on to a past that once flourished with night life, celebrity parties and lavish vacations.
Her vile need to wax nostalgic a part of her life that is nearly 30 years past at the expense of others is hopelessly pathetic.
If you find yourself in a similar situation with this contemptible person, do not hesitate to secure legal counsel forthwith. Be guarded that the effect of her mere presence and her incessant yammering will leave you feeling straight out of a Jerry Springer episode.
I too was conned by Sandra Carradine and I'm personally familiar with (and in touch with) at least 6 other people who suffered the same fate. She is truly someone who has no conscience and lives her life only to take from hardworking people to finance her lavish lifestyle and support her adult children. The only advice I can offer to people who encounter her is to run. If you are reading this and have been taken by Sandra or know someone who has been taken by Sandra, please post here and let's get the word out to protect unsuspecting marks.

ReplyDeleteShe had a home in the Rincon area of Carpinteria that she lost to the mortgage holder. She also had the apartment building on Harper Avenue in West Hollywood that she lost to the bank as well. With regard to the Telluride, Colorado home, that was taken over by the bankruptcy court trustee and sold within the past two months. There were so many creditors attached to the property that most likely the only creditor who will get paid is the bank who holds the mortgage. Greed was the reason she lost all of the properties and greed continues to rule her life and relationships.
Sandra now lives in a landmark building on Fountain Avenue in West Hollywood, California. She's a renter there. My sincere condolences go out to the owner of that building. I can only imagine the stories that poor owner has to tell.
Sandra always has an angle. Always. NOTHING she does is by chance. Anyone who has any dealings with her needs to remember that.
Please help get the word out and let's shine a light on this pimple on the ass of society.
Lastly, do yourself a favor and look up "sociopath". Read all you can about sociopaths. Sound like someone you know?

ReplyDeleteSandra keeps her Toyota Landcruiser registered in Colorado even though she is a California resident. She hasn't lived in Colorado in almost 20 years.
Sandra likes to talk about how she saved the Telluride Opera House but what she doesn't say is that she was removed from the opera house board. Feel free to call the Telluride Opera House and inquire about her status there.
Sandra hires attorneys but never intends to pay them. She has left a LONG string of unpaid attorneys along the way. So, to any attorney out there who is approached by Sandra, DON'T DO IT! Her most elaborate scheme to get out of paying an attorney was telling the attorney that she was only available to speak to him late at night. Per her instructions, the attorney called her in the later hours. When it came time to pay his bill, she told him that she wasn't paying because he "sexually harassed her and that she had the late night phone call records to prove it"!
If you loaned money to Sandra and weren't repaid, be sure to let the IRS know about your loss. The money you loaned to Sandra is income for her and she's required to pay income tax on that money. If you haven't yet contacted the IRS, please do that asap.
To anyone reading this who is currently a friend of Sandra -- you've now been warned. Get out while the gettin' is good! If you don't, you will most certainly be one of her victims in the near future.

But, no remorse on her part. It's just another day in the life of Sandra Carradine. Get up, brush your teeth, have breakfast and figure out who to con today.
I have been able to keep track of her bankruptcy proceedings by looking up the documents on-line. For a really crazy read, check them out. The final steps of the bankruptcy process are nearly complete. The sale of the home in Telluride (the last of 3 properties that she's lost) should be finalized within the next few weeks.

While I promised to divorce and remove myself from Sandra Carradine's TOXIC existence the day I ended my friendship with her, as so many others have, i feel a responsibility to let everyone and anyone know what she did to me.
ReplyDeleteI paid her rent not once, but twice. Desperate one day, she begged me for an additional $5,800.00, bringing the total to $9,300.00. She offered me $700.00 interest and promised to pay me back $10,000.00 in one month. She said Quintin Tarantino was renting her Telluride house for $15,000.00 a month. Needless to say, I never received a single payment and guess what? Tarantino never rented the place nor did his people know anything about it.
The day I ended our friendship, this VILE, VINDICTIVE woman called my best friend and tried to turn him against me. He told her it wasn't going to work and that he was going to stand up for me in court. She then threatened him, saying "Do you know easy it would be for me to destroy your credibility?" Funny, this coming from a two time convicted FELON/PERJUROR! Then, she had the gall to ask him if he "actually see me put the money in her hand??" Just another of her premeditated antics as she NEVER HAD ANY INTENTION OF PAYING ME BACK. This is the root of her psychosis.
This didn't stop her from haunting me on a daily basis to try and get her grown children representation in Hollywood. Or, ask this same friend of mine to help move furniture for her, wire the upstairs of her apartment, shop on-line to find TV remotes that she'd lost, move her daughter's mattress for her, etc, etc, etc...
Then, the real kicker. She sent me a letter, threatening to sue me if I told anyone what she'd done to me. SHE OWES ME MONEY!!! She also, get this, sent a copy of it to my 80 year old mother, trying to put the fear of God in her.
About a week later, she all but bumped into me in the store and I asked her "Where's my money?" She snapped, "Didn't you get my letter?!" Amused, I then revealed I'd heard she asked my friend about whether he'd actually seen me put the money in her hand. She pulled out her phone and said she was calling 911.
Well, guess what? I got another letter, riddled with LIES, saying I CHASED HER AROUND THE STORE and that a concerned woman offered to testify against me in court and that she was getting a restraining order out on me.

All this time I beat myself up, thinking I was the only fool. Then I stumbled on this and realized that I was small change compared to what she'd taken other people for.
My heart goes out to all of them.

I live in Dallas but own a vacation home in Telluride. Another friend who has a home in Telluride forwarded this blog to me. Sandra and her spoiled lazy children are well known but not well liked in Telluride. I knew that Sandra was not to be trusted (I think most everyone in Telluride knows that) but I had no idea the extent of her bad deeds. From reading everyone's stories I would agree that Sandra and her children need to find full time jobs and start supporting themselves rather than stealing from others.

ReplyDeleteIt's about time this information gets put out there and I hope it helps to stop her from her from destroying more people's financial lives. I just ran into a mutual friend of Sandra's and mine about a week ago and she told me about this website. My friend told me that she had encountered Sandra in a West Hollywood restaurant a couple of months ago and that Sandra was all smiles and not a seeming care in the world. She informed our mutual friend that she SOLD her home in Rincon (was tired of living in Carpinteria), SOLD the apartment building in West Hollywood (crazy tenants) and SOLD the home in Telluride (too much work). She is also in the process of purchasing the apartment building she's living in on Fountain Avenue. She's also producing numerous film and tv projects and has two in production right now. Although, she didn't want to talk about them as there were some "details" still being ironed-out. Sandra, you really must remember that most anything you say can now be verified on the internet. She got me for seven thousand dollars about six years ago. I chalked it up to a lesson learned and distanced myself from her but stupidly did not totally remove her from my life until several years later. Many of the things she said back then that didn't add up I can now attribute to her simply being a pathological liar. As far as those orbiting around Sandra, I knew Glenn Camp who is a con artist just like Sandra. Another of her friends was Carlyle whom she always spoke terribly about behind her back. She had a male friend in Carpinteria who she used to talk about all the time. One day I asked her why she never spoke about him anymore and she said that he was crazy and she had to get all of the crazy people out of her life. I'm sure that there's more to that story. There was Colleen Camp whom Sandra spoke horribly about. Going on and on about her weight and "how does she have an acting career and I don't". Dan Aykroyd and Donna Dixon were people who were supposedly her closest friends. I do not know if she actually even knew them as I never personally saw them together. Christie Brinkley was another person that she supposedly spoke with on a daily basis. But her best friends were Mel Gibson and his wife. I don't know if she actually even knew them. Where are these people now? Why aren't they coming to her defense? The children. The children. They are adults now but still behave as helpless ten year olds. Yes, Sandra thinks they are going to be huge movie stars. Sadly, Sandra is the only one who thinks that. Thanks to Sandra meddling and pretending to be their manager those two are laughed about in casting circles. Neither of them got their father's acting gene so doing dinner theatre in Des Moines is probably going to be the pinnacle of their acting careers. I agree with what several others who have posted here have said and that is we must all get this website out to as many people as possible and put a stop to her.

It seems like the end of your reign of terror is nearly at an end. Whilst those of us who have been drug through the muck by you sit patiently waiting, it seemed a good time to reach out to you.
You are apparently angry that people are writing on this blog about you. What you must admit to yourself is that the person responsible for this is YOU. You are 100% responsible. And you are angry about what people are writing. They are writing the truth and nothing more. There's no need for anyone to embellish or lie because everyone pretty much has the same story to share. Befriended and swindled pretty much sums up everyone's experience.
I know that I and many others also berate ourselves for not seeing through your lines of bullshit. The problem wasn't our naivete but the fact that we were all good people who were trying to be good friends. That genuineness caused us to stupidly overlook all of the lies that you spewed. So, we mourn the loss of our genuine kindness because we will never again trust anyone. And that is because of you.
Not only did you negatively impact each person of whom you took advantage -- in some instances you literally ruined them financially. Yet, you have no regrets. How can that possibly be?
So, we share our stories trying to purge the lies and betrayal. We share our stories trying to get our lives back. We share our stories shocked that the money YOU TOOK AND SPENT isn't going to be available to us to pay our bills, pay our taxes, put a down payment on a home, buy a much needed vehicle or pay for medical procedures we need. The money that we worked to earn and had set aside to pay for our lives was spent supporting you and your adult children.
Did you at any time contact anyone to whom you owed money to say "I will get you repaid. Even if it takes me the rest of my life, I will do my absolute best to repay you"? No.
Did you ever sit your children down and tell them that the well was dry and that they needed to go out and support themselves or that the three of you would all need to move in together to save money? No. Instead, all three of you live in ridiculously expensive apartments that in reality none of you can afford.
You took everyone's money and continued to live a lifestyle to which you had no right. You are middle-class at best but pilfering from others to maintain an upper-class lifestyle.

ReplyDeleteWith regard to your children, their failure in all of this is that they have sat by while you are doing this and know full-well what you've done. And that is an epic fail. They sit by because they are sucking off of your tit because neither of them have enough intestinal fortitude to forge the lifestyle that they apparently want for themselves. They too are living off the hard work of others. They both need to go out and learn what hard work is all about. If they had any sense of right and wrong, they would have cut you off and insisted that you contact all of the people you've conned and start making restitution. So, shame on them for allowing you to continue your grift and for continuing to live off of the poor people you've fleeced. There is absolutely nothing admirable about their behavior whatsoever.
Sandra, you're now officially an old woman. You're an old woman whose looks have up and left. You're an old woman with not one true friend. You're an old woman whose children only stay in touch with her because of the financial umbilical cord. The minute that you no longer can give them money is when you will stop hearing from them. Thank you to whomever created this website! I met Sandra about two weeks ago and now realize that I was her next con. I ran into her while walking my dog and she stopped with her two dogs to chat me up. She informed me that the apartment she has on Fountain Avenue is her office and that she's a producer with numerous projects in the pipeline. She talked about selling her house in Rincon due to not wanting to live in a small town where everyone wanted to know her business. She also talked about her home in Telluride and how she was in the process of selling it to a developer and it is to become a boutique hotel and spa. She was insistent that she had a few projects that would be a "great opportunity" to make a huge return on my investment. I told her that I was in no position to invest and that I knew nothing about the entertainment industry. She said "That's why you have me. I'm connected everywhere. You are so fortunate to have met an honest person like me who would love to see you make a big pile of money." I brushed it off but today decided that I would do an internet search on her. While I never would have invested with her, I'm so happy that I took the time to look her up. This site is going to be very helpful to many people as I suspect that she's constantly on the lookout for a poor, unsuspecting person. Shame on you Sandra. I also got to hear about her two talented children as well. I see from the other postings that they are chips off the old block. Sandra, if you are reading this please know that if see me walking down the street, best that you cross to the other side if you don't want to get a much-deserved tongue lashing.

ReplyDeleteAs someone who has known Sandra Carradine longer than I care to admit, let me be clear: everything out of her mouth is a lie. EVERYTHING.
If and when you decide to call her on the fact that she was working you, here's what will happen. She will turn on you and make up things about you and try and smear your reputation. She will also most likely threaten to get a restraining order out on you. If so, go directly to the West Hollywood Police Department. They know all about her and her scare tactics there.
As for her claiming to be "connected everywhere," oh she's connected alright. She's connected by the fact that everyone in town knows she's, in the words of someone I know well, "a total nut job and a mentally ill woman."
As for her "talented children," one must ask themselves how it can be that in fifteen years, neither has been able to get a legitimate acting job despite their father's stardom and connections. I was introduced to Sandra Carradine by my friend. From day one I was wary and warned him to be the same, though I had no proof. It was just a feeling. None of it added up.
ReplyDeleteTurned out I was right, as were several of us, who sat back at watched her take advantage of him on a daily basis. Us, too. If we were getting together, my friend who tell her to join. Of course, she always did but NEVER - NOT EVEN ONCE - chipped in. She'd eat off other people's plates and even take home the leftovers and not so much as even offer to throw in a buck for the tip.
We all had a running joke, though. We'd bet how long it would take for the Cade and Sorel Show to start. The woman was incapable of not pontificating out and out fabrications about them on a daily basis. The best...
Mel Gibson was making Hacksaw Ridge. Apparently Sandra wanted Cade to be in it, but was told it was an Australian production, which means Australian actors.
Several weeks later Sandra actually started telling people that Mel wanted to replace Andrew Garfield with Cade, but that she told him, "You can't do it. The entire crew will hate you." That was the beginning of the end of my friend's relationship with her. Duh.
The real irony here is that my friend believed in Cade and tried to help him - to no avail. No one was interested. Why? His connection to Sandra!
I wonder if it's really true that he and Sorel know how their horrible mother has screwed over so many people - supposedly on their behalf. If so, they're getting what they deserve - to be penalized by Hollywood because of her.
Sandra is without a doubt the most evil, conniving, deranged sociopath I have ever encountered. I have read all of the postings everyone have left on this site and I concur with everything. Stay away from her. Tell everyone you know to stay away from her. I also have many stories about her and her sick relationship with her children. And her children are just like her. Cade doesn't work. Sorel works occasionally. Yet, they live in expensive apartments and drive upscale vehicles. ReplyDeleteJust found this website. Sadly it's too late. She got me as well. Having a hard time believing that I got conned by her as I thought she was my friend. I'm now in a very bad financial situation as she said that she only needed to borrow the money for two months and would even pay me interest. The money I lost to her was a substantial amount and I need it to pay my day to day living expenses.

ReplyDeleteThe most interesting news to share is that Miss Carradine has lost the 3rd of her three properties to the bank. That's right people -- this insane hag lost three multi-million dollar properties all because of her greediness. As of last week, the Telluride property was handed over to the new owners.
Her Royal Craziness is most likely threatening the new owners with a lawsuit trying to reclaim "her house"! HRC is notorious for her frivolous lawsuits that she never wins and incurring even more legal fees that she has no intention of every paying.
Dare I get started on her lazy, talent-less children? Oh dear, I think that I must. Cade and Sorel need to get a life. Better yet -- they need to get a job! Just because their last name is Carradine does not an acting career make. It's time that they start supporting themselves instead of living off money that their mama has grifted from hard-working individuals.
Sandra is most likely trolling Tinder looking to find a millionaire husband who's in an iron lung! I can hear it now: "Oops, now how did that machine come unplugged . . . I'm his wife -- give me the money! I need to get the fat sucked out of my ass and put into my cheeks."

Is anyone else wondering who will be paying for Sorel's wedding? I have been following this drama ever since I found the website and don't understand how these horrible people haven't been arrested. So she has now lost the house in Telluride as well? Is that correct? Isn't the bride's family expected to pay for the wedding? Do you think Sorel is going to hit up her father?
ReplyDeleteThis woman is a menace. She's as crooked as the day is long. We lived in the same apartment building in West Hollywood years back. She was always complaining about something. She would concoct schemes on how to obtain free rent or a discount month to month from the apartment manager. She went so far as to one time, travel door to door to each tenant and inquire whether they had Mold damage or Ants within their apartments and to try and get them to play along with her ruse. The apartment manager finally had enough and tried to evict her to no avail. It was continuance upon continuance with her so as to prolong the inevitable through the court system. I remember her boasting all the time in accordance to how she knew how to "work the system". This woman is deplorable to the highest level. I found this web page while googling the Anthony Pellicano trial and of course was not surprised to see first hand- that the rest of the world has an issue with this reptile as well. So sad

- Let’s hope the winds of karma blow her east of the Alvarado corridor where she can mingle with the musty homeless folk to which she closely resembles. I envision sunny days in a brightly lit open area of Macarthur Park and seeing Sandra set up on the sidewalk trying to grift passersby into a shell game or a hand at three card monte in order to survive another day. To all the people that she has stolen from, intimidated or simply conned; this is a day of celebration even if it’s just a pebble of justice- It’s a start.
Sandra has found herself a new neighborhood and a new group of unsuspecting marks to fleece. Pity those people. Let's hope that they know how to use Google and read all about her before parting with their hard-earned money. I'm also sending my sincerest sympathy to the landlord who rented to her. She's been there long enough now that she's probably no longer paying her rent.

ReplyDeleteOn May 1, 2018, Sandra Ann Will Carradine signed a lease for a house in the Hollywood Hills. However she only paid 6 months rent to the older property landlord owner Mrs. Lee Wong. When Covid-19 was declared she did not pay rent anymore. So during the time that Mrs. Wong owned the property, Sandra Ann Will Carradine has not pay rent totaling $21,600.00 to Mrs. Wong. When California Governor Gavin Newsom and the State Legislative passed the bills to help landlord and tenants with rent. Mrs. Wong applied for The CA COVID-19 Rent Relief program which will provide greatly needed rent relief to California landlords and renters who have faced financial hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, Sandra Ann Will Carradine refused to apply for CA COVID-19 Rent Relief program and has not pay the $21,600.00 to Mrs. Lee Wong. Sandra Ann Will Carradine instead been lying and promising payment to Mrs. Wong and has been using her to lie to the Superior Court of California County of Los Angeles to avoid paying rent for more than 3 years. There are couple lawsuits going on in the Superior Court of California County of Los Angeles. Sandra Ann Will Carradine is taking advantage of the old property owner by using her in different court documents to avoid paying rent to the bank lender.
